รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities:
-Organized and develop training course and standard plan for internal/external company
-Maintain a database of all training materials
-Be a trainer of training support as assigned
-Make, prepare a develop training material, Yanmar news, tools, and other general duties for training
-Be a window person to collect information from Yanmar Japan Japan and control data, always keep updating information and share to YSP internal and distribute to external company
-Evaluate and analysis aster training to develop training course to be efficiency and modern
-Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedule costs, and equipment
-Make a report to management by weekly and monthly and other duties as assigned
