รายละเอียดงาน
- Prepare production processes and create work instructions for new projects.
- Support and maintain mass production of PCB assembly.
- Design jigs and fixtures for assembly operations.
- Improve SEQCD (Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance.
- Develop and maintain electrical DX systems (e.g., Autonomous Line Control, Smart Inspection, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Dashboards, Remote Monitoring).
- Develop and maintain electrical automation equipment.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with external EMS partners.
- เตรียมกระบวนการผลิตและจัดทำเอกสาร Work Instruction สำหรับ New model
- สนับสนุนและดูแลการผลิตMass production for PCB Assembly
- ออกแบบอุปกรณ์จับยึด (Jig) สำหรับกระบวนการผลิต
- ปรับปรุงด้าน SEQCD (ความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม คุณภาพ ต้นทุน และการส่งมอบ)
- พัฒนาและดูแลระบบ Digital Transformation ด้านไฟฟ้า เช่น
ระบบควบคุมสายการผลิตอัตโนมัติ (Autonomous Line Control)
ระบบตรวจสอบอัจฉริยะ (Smart Inspection)
การบำรุงรักษาเชิงคาดการณ์ (Predictive Maintenance)
แดชบอร์ดดิจิทัล และระบบติดตามผลระยะไกล
- พัฒนาและดูแลอุปกรณ์ระบบอัตโนมัติด้านไฟฟ้า
- ประสานงานและให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคกับผู้ให้บริการ EMS ภายนอก

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Have experience 1-2 year in PCBA, SMT or any related manufacturing
- Skill of SMT line to can debug and improve AOI programs
- Knowledge and understand for PCB assembly technology, able to divide production process base on PCB drawing and BOM to create work SOP and procedures for production processes.
- Experience in Mounting machine (Panasonic brand)
