●Business Management and Partner Collaboration
-Coordinate and Communicate with Joint venture company
-Schedule and Document Management
-Internal Approval management
-Assess designs of show room, financial forecasts, sales activities, marketing plans, and long-term management strategies for properties under management.
●Cooperation and Reporting to Headquarters
-Sales and Marketing (Monitor and report)
-Financial monitor (Verify and ensure accurate monthly financial statements are entered into the system)
●Marketing
-Market Research (Collect data on trends and conditions)
-Possibly studies (Conduct initial assessments to see if newly managed properties are possible)
●Support for New Business Initiatives
-Research Support (Coordinate schedules, meetings, and initial investigations for potential new ventures)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25-30 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านประสานงาน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
