Company Business : Provides comprehensive IT solutions Job Description : - Review the legality and accuracy of contracts (e.g., employment contracts, purchase agreements, lease agreements) - Draft and revise agreements to ensure they align with applicable laws and protect the company’s interests. - Provide legal advice to internal departments on business operations and legal compliance - Assess legal risks and offer preventive legal solutions - Prepare and organize legal documents related to lawsuits or legal proceedings - Prepare and manage legal paperwork such as powers of attorney, corporate certificates, and company registrations Allowance & Benefit - Transportation fee 1,200 baht / month - Provident fund - Health Insurance (Included spouse and child for permanent employee) - Dental Treatment fee 3,000 baht/year (Additional from Social Security Fund) - Accident Insurance - Cafeteria welfare 5,000 baht per year - Bonus pay on June & December (Depend on performance and profit) - Marriage Welfare, Funeral Welfare, New born Welfare - Customer site at upcountry allowance 100 baht/day - Training & Development working skill - Yearly Health Check Up Working Hour : Monday - Friday : 8.30-17.30 and 4-6 Sat per year as company's calendar Location : BTS Phloen Chit
