รายละเอียดงานOverall Purpose:
To build and instill a quality structure and ethos throughout the organisation to automotive standards, ensuring BNL and customer requirements are met, while reducing risk of nonconformance and improving cost of non-quality to meet targets.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with the BNL senior management team to articulate the Quality strategy, while identifying and reducing risk within BNL processes.
2. Takes charge of leading Quality projects across the business, and responsibility for managing, maintaining and continually improving the QMS.
3. Plays a key role in educating the workforce through a blend of hands-on projects and training in automotive quality core tools at various levels.
4. Contributes to technical problem-solving and provides leadership and guidance in technical matters, ensuring problem solving is data driven and effective for all internal issues and customer complaints.
5. Leads customer complaints and customer communications.
6. Ensures BNL processes are mitigating risk and adhered to, while meeting the IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements.
