Job Responsibilities
1. Project Engineering & Installation
• Plan, manage, and oversee Smart Home system installation projects to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, electrical teams, interior designers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Install and configure Smart Home devices such as smart switches, lighting automation, digital door locks, CCTV, and network systems.
• Conduct system setup and ensure proper device configuration.
2. Testing & Commissioning
• Test and verify Smart Home systems before final handover to clients.
• Analyze issues and optimize system performance.
• Research and evaluate new smart home products and technologies.
3. Helpdesk & Onsite Support
• Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support to customers.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and system repairs as needed.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future system improvements.
4. Customer Service & Training
• Educate clients on how to effectively use Smart Home devices and systems.
• Deliver professional after-sales service and technical support.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Job Responsibilities)
1. Project Engineering & Installation
• วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารโครงการติดตั้งระบบ Smart Home ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
• ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา, ทีมไฟฟ้า, นักออกแบบภายใน และลูกค้าเพื่อให้การติดตั้งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• ตรวจสอบและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ Smart Home เช่น Smart Switch, ระบบแสงสว่างอัจฉริยะ, Digital Door Lock, CCTV และระบบเครือข่ายภายในบ้าน
• ทำการ Setup และ Configuration อุปกรณ์ให้ทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง
2. Testing & Commissioning
• ทดสอบและตรวจสอบระบบ Smart Home ก่อนส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและปรับแต่งระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• ศึกษาและทดลองใช้งานอุปกรณ์ใหม่ๆ ที่นำมาใช้ในโครงการ
3. Helpdesk & Onsite Support
• ให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ / Remote Support
• ลงพื้นที่แก้ไขปัญหาการทำงานของระบบ Smart Home และ Network ตามหน้างาน
• บันทึกปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาระบบให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Technical Consultant or System Engineer
- Knowledge of IT Technology: IoT Smart Home System, Network
- Strong interpersonal skill, analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills essential
- Quick Learner, High responsibility, Self-motivated, Good Team spirit.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English

คุณสมบัติ
📍 วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง เกรด> 2.5
📍 มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Smart Home หรือ Automation System อย่างน้อย 0-5 ปี
📍 มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและสามารถเดินทางไป Onsite Support ได้
📍 หากมี Certificate ด้าน Smart Home หรือ Network (เช่น TUYA , LIFESMART, CONTROL4, FIBARO, Ubiquiti, TPLINK) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

✅ Experience with Smart Home Systems, Automation, or Security Solutions
