รายละเอียดงาน
• Focusing on scouting, screen, interviewing evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Source and select potential candidates from various channel.
Interview qualified candidates.
• Act as a trusted career advisor to candidates and support them throughout the hiring journey.
• Prepare resumes for candidates based on their profiles and work experience.
• Negotiate job offers and conditions to candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to offer negotiation and candidate start date.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through sales activities and KPIs (Sales Targets Monthly and KPI Sent CV Candidates)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male and Female age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Must have 1 year of working experience in Recruitment Consultant, Career Advisor, Talent Acquisition, Sales or related field (Recruitment Agency Company is a plus)
- Good command of English (Spoken and Written).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, KPI-driven environment and able to work under pressure.
- Pleasant personality, Passion for sales, recruitment, consulting, and people engagement.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to continuous growth.
- High energy with demonstrable persistence and drive to achieve goals.
- Ownership mindset and teamwork spirit.
- Interview On Site (Face to Face Single Round) and English Interview.
- The company will review the candidates' English CVs/Resumes and shortlist those whose qualifications best match the job requirements.
