รายละเอียดงาน
1. Analyze the cause of problems in the production process. when found NG part of being claimed by the customer.
2. Hold a meeting to analyze the cause of the problem corrective action method and follow up after editing to summarize the results prepared as working standards.
3. Follow up the NCR or CAR received by the production department to be completed by the specified date.
4. Review existing production standards and revise document as new ,better standards are developed.
5. Documentation of previous quality issues and corrective action (Kakotora)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Make / Female ,Age 25-35 Years
- Education : Bachelor's degree or above industrial management , Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience : 8-10 years in working of Automotive industrial.
- Able to analyze problems using Why Why analysis , 3GEN , 5W1H principles
- to analyze the cause of the problem leading to a permanent solution.
- Responsible and enthusiastic in tracking problem.
- Able to use computer , MS-Office program ,Auto cad well.
- Able to do Present and explain Mechanism when there is a problem from the machine
- Able to Communicate well in English
