รายละเอียดงาน1.Manages Incidents, Services Requests through various communication channels providing support to meet the needs of the business.
2.Captures and maintains accurate case details for each process to enable greater shared knowledge and reporting.
3.Develops solutions and or workarounds using problem solving techniques in order to restore service as quickly as possible.
4.Identifies and promptly allocates unresolved cases as appropriate to ensure progression, advises users of actions taken.
5.Deploy PC’s and Laptop’s on the Water Park Network, proactively resolves any faults that may be observed during this process.
6.User management (creation, reset passwords) for all business applications following pre defined.
7.Manage Software deployments.
8.Become very familiar with the Ticketing and Access Control systems used in the park.
9.Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management including out of hours support at weekends and evenings.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field / Microsoft Certification or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware / software concepts
- At least 2 years experience working in relevant role with exposure to related businesses and technologies
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Software technologies and platforms
- Microsoft Certification or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to communicate to both technical and non technical audiences
