Responsibilities: •Relationships & Spend oClarify requirements from requesters oDrive spend towards preferred suppliers oLaunch RFx (RFQ, RFP or RFI) as applicable and conduct cost evaluations oCoordinate supplier visits and meetings with Requesters oLead supplier selection with right techno commercial conditions with the requester oCollaborate with internal customers to Monitor supplier performance and evaluation. oPayment term negotiation and cooperate supplier payment term improvement program oEscalate and bring to the attention of the sourcing leadership any concerns of Internal stakeholders •Transactional Processes oManage Vendor Management Data (VMD) for New suppliers and modification. oManage RFx (RFQ, RFP or RFI) received from users. oConvert PR to PO for non stock items. oMonitor and follow up to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services of non stock purchases. oMaintain accurate database in system; provide reporting on areas of sourcing, supply, spend and PPV reports oEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and laws. oMaintain and support transactional activities of Indirect procurement on an interim basis, until full deployment of SAP oUndertake other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by Country Sourcing Manager from time to time.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Business Administration, or related disciplines
•At least 5 years experienced in sourcing, purchasing or procurement, experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
•Knowledge of import and export processes, logistics and supply chain functions are an advantage
