Staff -Sales Assistant Manager
We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the premixed products and services that our customers rely on.
The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships with Thai, Japanese, Europe or western customer culture, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong commitment to negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.
Proactive approach to identify and develop new business opportunities within the food premixed sector.
Job Scope
Develop and organize organizational sales by developing sales plan and strategies to ensure company objective achievement.
Seek and Acquire new business opportunities for sales and Maintain all existing client relationship.
Provide leadership and motivation to the team to achieve sales target & maximize profits for the business.
Achieve growth and sales target by successfully managing team
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations for problem/issue elimination and develop customer satisfaction.
Direct, Monitor and Report performance of company product’s sales to managements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science Technology or related field.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing is an advantage or more 7 years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Good English communication skill
- Excellent communications, people skills and Excellent in Problem solving.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
- Preferred Knowledge : Food Manufacturing Standard (GMP/ HACCP/ HALAL/ Related Food certification knowledge)
