【Job Description】
- Export operations:
・Domestic and overseas sales, sales coordination
(receive orders from customers, order to suppliers, goods receival, export to overseas, which coordinate with freight forwarding company, customs clearance assistance etc.)
- General affairs operations :
・Basic Accounting
・Responsible for necessary administrative work
*All basically in English, some reports in Japanese to the Japanese parent company (HQ).
【Working Hour】
Mon-Fri. 8:30-17:30

- ・24-26 years old (with working experience)
- ・Japanese speaking (JLPT N3)
- ・Able to read and writing email and documents in English
- ・PC skills (Excel/Word)
