Duty and responsibility
- Drive and perform the procurement strategies in order to achieve cost reduction target to maximize thecompany’s profit.
- Sourcing new suppliers to support new business requirements and cost reduction projects.
- Develop and elevate existing suppliers base to get improvement on quality, on-time delivery and cost reduction.
- Manage, conduct and control cost reduction activities both internal and with suppliers under VA/VE perspective.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional team (APQP) to achieve the schedule of new business production event from customers.
- Monitoring global economic index that effect to raw material price and control suppliers cost adjustment proposal.
- Cost analysis in depth and comparison in overall dimensions to ensure the reasonable cost from suppliers.
- Create monthly report focus on overall sourcing and cost reduction performance with PCDA circle report to top anagement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Sex. Male / Female
- Age. Not over 30 years
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in related fields or Engineering
- Working Experiences. 1 – 2 Year
- Special skill & other qualification :
- Highly motivated and results-oriented individual
- Proficient in analyzing, comparing of drawing, costs structure and production processes, raw material Specification from an engineering perspective
- Experience in project controlling of cost reduction or process improvement, good understanding of VA/VE working concept.
- Good interpersonal skill and work well as a team.
- Creativity and good problem solving , strong negotiation skill.
- Self-ignites personal and team motivation through positive energy and a contagious "can-do" attitude
- Demonstrated fluency in English, exceeding TOEIC score 450, with excellent written and spoken communication skills. (Japanese language proficiency will be an advantage)
- Literacy of product and process drawing, ISO 19001, IATF 16949.
- Car Driving license obtain is a must.
