• Set policies & work plans in accordance with company policies. Supervise the production to be in accordance with the production plan received with efficiency and in accordance with the KPΙ. • Controlling production costs in accordance with and meeting KPI targets • Control the work of employees to perform the work of employees to comply with the rules. • Approve required license application and report to the submit relevant authorities (e.g., DIW, IEAT, PEA, ΜΕΑ). • Maintain good relationship with client team as a company representative at site. • Evaluate the performance of employees • Approve procurement requisition of items required for O&M, verify the delivery & manage inventory & asset at site. • Approve Operation Plan, Operation Report & Work for Continues Plant Operation with High Efficiency. • Develop & improve production processes Production methods and machines used in production • Verify & approve the operation report and results (for invoicing work, internal report and report to authority) • Review, Approve Maintenance Plan & corporate with Customer to fix the schedule for maintain plant stable & repair the equipment. • Verify & approve the maintenance report and results (for trouble shooting report & share with internal) • Achieve no accidents and good compliance with law in accordance with company's HSE regulation and instruction

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Age around 32-45 years old
Bachelor Degree in Engineering of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
Experience More than 7 years operation & maintenance (O&M) experience in power plant or utility section of large factory
Experiences in management of team, Budget Control and Client Corporation is preferable.
Leadership, initiative, ownership, Positive mental attitude, Membership (Team work), and communication are required.
English communication skill (speaking and writing) is required
