Days / Hours of work 5.5 Days/Week
Shift A: 7:00 - 16:00
Shift C: 9:00 - 18:00
Shift D: 13:00 - 22:00
Shift E: 22:00 - 07:00
Report to Head of Property
Work Location Gaysorn Amarin
• Responsible for all areas of the building and within the connected areas such as parking lots, fire escape stairs, central areas, and surrounding areas including trees and green areas according to the law.
• Managing and monitor the performance of security officers and housekeepers in compliance with company regulations and agreements.
• Being customer-focused; Gain insight to customer needs; Continuously improve and innovate services; Create value to customers and gain their loyalty.
• Control emergency situations inside the building, including nearby external cruises.
• Facilitating all contracts within the building.
• Proactive in response to tenant inquiry and complaints.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Aged above 25 - 35 years
- Can work in Roster/ Shift, Ability to work on weekend instead of weekday.
- Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
- Experiences minimum 3 years in Building Management or hotel industry.
- Able to communicate in English with good computer skills (MS Office applications, in particular).
- B.B.A. in Real Estate and Facility management or related field.
- Diploma Holders with 5 to 7 years experiences in Facility Management or related field.
