- Oversee customer databases as well as membership, manage to always communicate with customers
- Define and implement innovative product management strategies and marketing programs for all market channels, including online marketing and retail stores
- Plan for a product launch or re-launch, and work with the Product Development and Sales team to make the launching programs successful
- Plan and execute all marketing communications and marketing activations,including online marketing and offline marketing
- Monitor and evaluate marketing strategies and activities of the Company and competitors, Develop marketing and communication plans to reach the targets and execute all activities, both online marketing and offline marketing
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with essential information, sales tools, product training, and necessary support
- Build and maintain good relationships with all working parties, both in the Company and outsiders.
