• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining Linux , CentOS, Docker, RDBMS, AWS, application software and system management tools.
• Proactively ensuring the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
• Monitoring and testing application performance for potential bottlenecks, identifying possible solutions, and working with developers to implement those fixes.
• Support day-to-day operation incident and change.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Document and prepare service report to customer
• Manage & provide technical support on call, email, service portal and other communicate channels with customers in order to guarantee timely problems solving
• Handle customer's needs and problems by providing appropriate solutions
