รายละเอียดงาน
• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining Linux , CentOS, Docker, RDBMS, AWS, application software and system management tools.
• Proactively ensuring the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
• Monitoring and testing application performance for potential bottlenecks, identifying possible solutions, and working with developers to implement those fixes.
• Support day-to-day operation incident and change.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Document and prepare service report to customer
• Manage & provide technical support on call, email, service portal and other communicate channels with customers in order to guarantee timely problems solving
• Handle customer's needs and problems by providing appropriate solutions
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in System Administrator
- Knowledge :- Networking (Basic) : TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, ipv4, NAT, Route Table
- Knowledge :- AWS network : AWS: VPC, ACL, Security Groups
- Knowledge :- CloudFlare
- Knowledge :- Amazon Web Services (AWS): EC2, Lamda, S3, SMS
- Knowledge :- Operating system : Linux, CentOS, Docker
- Knowledge :- Computer Security
- Good at self-learning, information / data searching and problem solving
- High responsibility and can work with team
- Good command in English understanding and reading
- Energetic, work well under pressure, well organized with positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills.
