รายละเอียดงาน- Maintain a strong relationship with account customers, find new sales opportunity across the industrial section, report and corporate markets and customers situations to marketing team and management team.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to the customer.
- Manage after sales support and corporate with technical team to solve customer issue.
- Work closely with business partner in order to achieve the sales target
- Empathize customer's issues and respond them in suitably way.
- Report market prospects & opportunities, competitor's activities & threats and sales performance.
- Responsible for deals from initial approach to customers to signing contracts. (Execution team will succeed the contract execution)
- Discuss with contractors, suppliers and manufacturers for the purpose of preparation of proposals.
- Make a presentation of the proposal to potential customers, discussing technical & commercial terms and conditions of the proposal.
- Find, approach to and talk to new potential customers for the Company’s business.
