- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office
- Plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Supervise staff in the frontline such as Operation team Guide, Driver, Cashier and other related departments to ensure guest service and operational needs are met.
- Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Direct and co-ordinate various services related to daily, or night operations as required.
