Job Description
An international cross border company is looking for an experienced Sales/Business development manager with operations experience to be based in Bangkok.
This is a sales and operations role, where you be managing the P&L hunting for new clients and guide sales with existing and new clients, managing and maintaining their business needs and also manage the team.

Your new Role:
In this new role, you will be managing the Thailand's operations covering customer service, operations, finance, and HR with a total team size of more than 20 staff. You will be in charge of driving P&L and to continuously grow the business within the country. Apart from that, you will also need to ensure that existing customer relationships are well managed besides hunting for new customers in the market.

- Experience in cross border management, minimum 7 years
- People management capabilities
- Strong communication in English and Thai
- Innovative and driven in business development with excellent industry and market knowledge
