รายละเอียดงาน- Manage and as Window of communication to Internal and External Customers on Quality Issues (Incoming, In-process, Outgoing, and customer complaint) related to the materials issues.
- Ensure suitable Control, Test, Quality Inspection, and Monitoring are planned in Incoming, In-process to assure the Product Quality, Performance and Reliability in compliance with the Customer’s Requirements, Product Specifications.
- Identify relevant quality improvement opportunities and drive for continuous improvements of QA department to ensure Company Policy, Quality Objectives, Targets and KPI are met.
- Conduct new supplier qualification with Purchasing, Engineering and R&D departments. Drives Supplier Corrective & Preventive Action processes resulting from complaints & audits and ensures on-time closure.
- Prepare and maintain relevant procedures, workflow, work instructions, test instructions for QA functions (Incoming, In-process) and ensure quality records are documented accordingly.
- Perform on site sampling check of parts or services produced by suppliers (SMT, plastic injection moulding, packaging & key metal parts), in accordance to parts’ drawings &/or quality acceptance criteria.
- Ensure any non-compliance found is effectively & timely corrected via implementation of corrective actions.
- Analyze and identify relevant training needs for subordinates.
- Ensure ISO9001 Quality Management System is implemented and maintained throughout the respective areas.
