Spare part indirect purchasing
-Responsible for the purchasing work of indirect spare part.
-Find and develop potential local and abroad supplier which meet the Quality and Engineering requirements relating to competitive costs.
-Overseas and domestic purchasing, Issue PO and delivery for spare part and others
-Responsible for localization price negotiation, negotiation process, and supplier evaluation.
-Responsible for the annual cost reduction negotiation
-Selecting suppliers, the competitive supplier included Quality/Technical/Cost/Delivery/Service by part focusing on machines and production line spear part.
-Implement & follow up the requisitions for spare parts & machinery supplies within the approved budgets.
-Monitor the contract preparation (If any) and order placement in the right time according purchasing cycle., release and following management
-Check all tenders and purchase orders documents' specifications and consultancy agreements.
-Others related work assigned by Leader
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree and above
- Can speak Chinese HSK 4 up
- Welcome new graduated or 2 years experience of purchasing (Indirect) in manufacturing will be advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills with supplier.
- Good in computer literacy (MS office, Outlook and other) and SAP system skill will be advantage
