A Production Specialist ensures planning the production schedule based on customer job orders. He will also be able to deliver of reliable Product both quality and quantity in Safe operation and implementation of 5S in day-to-day business, as well as looking for opportunity cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
•Coordinate with Supervisor to develop production plan and determine workflow requirements
•Implement Operation activties according to process control procedure and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) System since source
•Implement TPM-piller#1 Autonomous maintenance pillar in operate
•Implement 5S in operation
•Monitor and manage on-going workflow to ensure timely delivery.
•Provide technical assistance to team members in their assigned job duties.
•Maintain production documentations and generate routine and ad-hoc reports.
•Perform root cause analysis of production issues and provide corrective actions.
•Ensure timely product production, shipping and delivery to customers.
•Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
•Ensure that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps.
•Ensure maintaining the production facility clean and safe
•Control sparepart inventory and maintenance tools and equipment.
•Production planning and control are required to achieve the criteria.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or in a related scientific field
- 1+ year of experience in Production
- 1+ Experience in plastic industry, color matching and Extruder is preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in ERP - Oracle is preferable.
- 1+ year of experience in production planning.
