Your will be working in a well know RESTAURANT, Hotel or Hospitality Industry. Your main role will be human resource management in function of recruitment, payroll and administration. This is a challenging and great opportunity for your career path.

Academic Degree/certificate in Management
Experience in working with Hospitality
Become the first advocate for company’s culture internally and externally.
Drive compensation & benefits strategy according to the market and conditions of company
Adapt company’s plans, events, or initiatives at a fast pace due to internal or external factors.
Define and develop clear policies and at the same time ensure their awareness and compliance.
Provide the management insightful data, research, and concrete recommendations to take regarding all the aspects related to People Operations based on internal surveys, competitors’ tactics, and market data.

- Academic degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant.
- At least 10 years of experiences working on HR Familiar with multi-cultural, resilient, and growth mindset.
- Be able to apply knowledge and skills in various situation An out-going personality and genuinely interested in people.
- Solid experience retention management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of market compensation & benefits and Thai Labor Law.
- General knowledge about Visa and Work Permit.
- Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills.
- Be able to apply knowledge and skills in various situation Food & Beverage experience highly preferred.
- Fluent in both Thai and English
