Position: Sales Manager (Luxury car) Location: Bangkok Salary: Up to 50k + incentive Job description: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share. - Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets and deliver top-tier service. - Build strong customer relationships and manage CRM tools for follow-ups and retention. - Analyze market trends and sales data to refine strategies. - Ensure brand standards in showroom presentation and customer service. - Prepare and oversee sales proposals and contracts with legal compliance. - Track performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements. - Plan showroom events and coordinate with marketing for brand-aligned activities. - Handle additional tasks assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

At least 5 years of experience in sales team management, especially in the luxury automotive industry
A proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
Skilled in market analysis and trend evaluation, with the ability to adjust sales strategies according to market changes.
Possesses strong data analysis skills and can translate insights into actionable strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
