Business: A big Japanese manufacturer for IT, OA & automotive parts in Thailand •Metal Pressing •Injection Molding •Die & Mold Design, Making •SMT •Painting, Printing •Manufacture of Electronic Component •Design of Manufacturing Process, Jigs Job Description •Managing resources within the production process, including manpower, space, time, and materials. •Overseeing production plans, production requirements, and assembly processes, while applying Kaizen and Lean manufacturing principles. •Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. •Controlling and managing inventory effectively. •Monitoring and improving production efficiency, productivity, and quality performance to meet targets. •Supervising and developing team members, including training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. •Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations. •Identifying and resolving production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
At least 3 years of working experience in assembly production line, especially in electronics manufacturing business
English: Conversational level
Experiences to manage subordinates in production line more than 100 people
