-Monitor and manage a company's IT services and their underlying infrastructure. IT operations control includes everyday routine tasks related to the operation of applications and infrastructure components. This may include backup and restore activities, routine maintenance, job scheduling and output management. -IT operations staff main responsibility is to are responded to and served well to carry on the daily operations. All these need to be carried on within the defined policies and procedures of the organization -Perform IT disaster recovery process, admin, configuration, verify and error fixing -AS400/Windows/Web/mobile application Administration, configuration, performance monitoring and tuning per vendor recommendation or platform guidance -Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs -Supporting all functions of the business to work together. -Support the work on the project requesting the company to achieve its goals. -Support the work of the development team -Provide assistance to employees after working hours

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge in configuration, management of AS400 admin is in advance, MS SQL server, MySQL, Symantec/Veeam backup, Backup and Recovery , Batch, Job control, job scheduling, job scheduler, Control-M,PRTG,NOC ,Monitoring
Able to work in shifts 7*24 (According to holidays according to the scheduled shift schedule)
Able to use and Microsoft Office, Visio, troubleshoot and solve basic computer and network problems
good personality, self-motivation, servicemind, positive attitude, can communicate with others
good command of written and spoken in English, enthusiastic and work hard
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operation and Business Software application and Digital application support management Thai nationality
