รายละเอียดงาน
- Gathering and analyze customer requirements.
- Provide a suitable alternative to the developed system for customers. As a customer
consultant In Systems Design.
- Supervise the work of the development team. To produce the right product. Meets
design and meet the time.
- Work closely with the Business User to ensure that the project is in line with the
customer's Business Needs.
- Coordinate with Project Manager to achieve smooth collaboration, good service and
customer satisfaction.
- Documentation related to the design of systems such as Requirement Spec, Data
Dictionary,
- DFD, ERD, UML, Program Checklist, Program Flow, Application Specification etc.
- Prepare Test Case, Test Scenario for system testing.
- Control system installation. Including system testing to meet the needs of customers.
Before delivering the work to the customer.
- Investigate and resolve complex systems issues across applications
- Prepare training and documentation User manual, System manual.
- Provide a suitable project plan for use within the team.
- Supervise and educate relevant staff.
- Maintain and manage the resources available to work properly and work seamlessly.
Including
- reducing the conflict within the team.
- Coordinate / show / report progress status the team leader is responsible.
- Research new technologies for on-demand needs and requirements of the product.
Hybrid Working
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in software development.
- Have a good understanding of the SDLC concept.
- Able to work under pressure with defined deadlines while keeping his/her standard in quality.
- Good communication skills with enthusiastic character and be able to work well with others.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and be able to suggest solutions effectively.
- Strong leadership and self-motivation.
- Good command in English. It would be advantage
