Responsibilities: 1. Service and maintain customers, providing excellent service with a professional attitude. 2. Online assistance to customers in resolving platform-related issues. 3. Communicate and promote platform activities and product information. 4. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Language proficiency (Thai, English, Chinese, or other languages).
  2. Interest in the global financial market.
  3. Active, high-stress resistance, quick response, strong learning ability, and enjoy communicating with others.
  4. Willingness to put in effort and challenge oneself, and a comprehensive understanding of the company's system.
  5. Have knowledge of trading platforms.
  6. Have knowledge and work experience in the forex broker industry.
  7. 有外汇经纪交易经验或在经纪交易行业工作过。
  8. 服務及維繫客戶，以專業的態度提供良好的服務。
  9. 線上協助客戶排解並處理平台相關問題。
  10. 傳達推廣平台活動、商品相關資訊。
  11. 參與國內外商展，規劃行銷活動。
  12. 有交易平台知识。
