1. Manage the team to work efficiently and to be a consultant in all matters related to personnel works such as recruitment, development, compensation.
2. Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies due to the business situation including to support and retain efficient employee.
3. To be an executives' consultant in the part of HR related issues.
4. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
5. Providing HR data and analytics needed to support the business decisions.
6. To build mutual understanding between executives, employees and company.
7. Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
8. Manage 3 subordinates, directly report to HR Department manager for HR Department report to HR Director.
HROD Section Manager
1. Identify and Create Succession plan, Career path, Training Road map, IDP and Skill certify.
2. Training Need Survey for annual Training plan and budget.
3. Collaborate with line managers to determine specific training requirements and develop targeted training solutions.
4. Analysis effective of training program and improvement to future training initiatives.
5. Manage Leaning Management System.
6. HRD report.
7. Manage 3 subordinates, directly report to HR Director.
