Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor and drive the production process to meet the established plan
- Inspect and allocate manpower and machine capacity in line with production targets
- Prepare production results and efficiency reports
- Monitor and record the style changeover process in production
- Monitor and record lost time occurring in the production process
- Analyze and find ways to increase production efficiency
- Control employee performance to comply with company rules and safety standards
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering (IE) field. Experience in the garment industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in using computers, Excel, and data analysis systems.
- Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected problems effectively.
- Good command of English and able to communicate/interview in English.
