- To make annual sales budget.
- To identify and follow up target plans.
- To make presentation materials.
- To conduct presentations to customers.
- To accompany customers making a plant tour.
- Preparation of annual contract and price negotiation with customers.
New Business Developments
- Issuance of New Product Development Request.
- Issuance of VA Proposal.
- Work to design-in components /modules for new programs and models with customer's and engineering groups
Sample Activities
- issuance of Sample Request.
- Follow up on evaluation results of submitted samples to customer.
Price Control
- Request for Quotation to vendor.
- Make Quotation to customers.
- Issuance of Sales Quotation and Price Determination Sheet (internal use)
- Requests for Buying and Selling Price Maintenance
Order Process
- New Customer Code Registration
- Issue Initial Purchase Order Announcement (Item Code Registration to Vendors)
- Request Customer P# Registration (internal use)
- Place Purchase Order to Vendor
Sales Data
- To monitor production trend of customers.
- To make monthly sales forecast.
- Monitor and Control Stock level and minimize aging stock or write off stock.
QA Activities
- Attend to all customer product complaints
- Issuance of Product Complaint Sheet
- To provide a reply to a customer (Defective product analysis report)
Delivery Control
- To support CS to resolve delivery issues.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business or related field.
- 3 - 5 Years of related Sales Coordinator in Electronic Parts Field.
- Good command of English
- Possess driving license with Car.(To visit client a few times/ Month)
- Marketing or business admin learning experience
