*Monitor and control transport safety operations to ensure compliance with company safety standards and legal requirements. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for transport operations and subcontractors. *Investigate transport incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. *Monitor driver behavior, defensive driving performance, and compliance with safety procedures. *Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and communication sessions for drivers and transport staff. *Review and analyze transport safety KPIs, accident trends, and improvement plans. *Ensure vehicle safety compliance, including pre-trip inspections and mandatory safety equipment. *Coordinate with operations, customers, and subcontractors regarding transport safety matters. *Support implementation of DHL safety policies, OSCP requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. *Prepare safety reports, documentation, and presentations related to transport operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transport safety, logistics, or fleet operations
Knowledge of transport safety regulations, defensive driving principles, and risk assessment.
Experience in accident investigation and corrective/preventive action implementation.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct safety training and communicate effectively with drivers and subcontractors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to analyze safety data, KPIs, and incident trends.
Able to work under pressure and travel to operational sites when required.
Good command of Thai and basic English communication skills.
