2.Tasks
2.1.Front-line support to the end-user community
2.1.1.Troubleshoot end-user issues; resolve where possible, escalate within I.S. when appropriate
2.2.Provide I.S. Operations Support (as defined by the Server and Applications Administrators)
2.2.1.Monitor computer, network, and peripheral states; resolve issues where possible, escalate within I.S. when appropriate
2.2.2.Monitor daily computer jobs and routines; review daily operational logs for success / failure
2.2.3.Perform daily maintenance of IT hardware as required
2.2.4.Create and maintain user accounts where authorized
2.2.5.Maintain accurate I.S. equipment stock level information
2.3.Provide Desktop Support
2.3.1.Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop and laptop computers
2.3.2.Configure, deploy, and maintain computer peripherals (printers, keyboards, barcode readers, etc)
2.3.3.Deploy and configure software applications
2.4.Provide Network Support (as defined by the Network Administrators)
2.4.1.Install and configure network drops and ports
2.4.2.Install and maintain network cabling
2.4.3.Troubleshoot network connectivity issues; resolve where possible, escalate when appropriate
2.5.Communicate directly with the Corp. I.S. Infrastructure group as needed
