Duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals
- Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Facilitate employee relations, handle staff concerns, and support conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll administration, attendance, and benefits coordination
- Support the performance appraisal process and employee development programs
- Maintain and update HR documents, records, and databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Provide HR reports and analysis to senior management
- Help promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
