รายละเอียดงานHandling Admin (HR) and Accounting job (Accounting 70% / Admin 30%)
1) Make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts/Tax invoice, record in ERP system
2) Handle salary related job such as payroll, provident fund, social security insurance, attendance, necessary documents for Japanese (VISA/WP), etc.
3) Manage / Repair office supplies or company assets (car, PC etc), and order new supplies or asset as needed
4) Handle each insurance related to company assets, and staff
5) Recruitment process such as joining interview, checking candidate's document
6) Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and parcel to staff members / suppliers (customers)
7) Keeping each kind of contracts in tidy (employment contract, contracts with suppliers etc)
8) Other tasks assigned by Managers
