- Monitoring overall of company production to ensure effective coordination day by day activities factory in order to meet the company’s production objectives.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining the company’s production quality.
- Utilizing manpower with maximum efficiency.
- Leads, encourages and motivates all subordinates in their sphere of responsibility to meet department goals and objectives.
- Reporting on the performance of the company’s production system to top management for improvement of the production system.
- Ensuring that all relevant of the production plan is effectively implemented.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Have experience to monitoring over all of factory such as production, planning, sales.
- Have experience in business management.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English (able to communicate with foreign clients and foreign top management)
- Manpower management.
- Customer relationship management skills.
