Working Day: 5 - 6 Days (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์), เวลา 8:00 - 17:00 Duties for Production Manager: (เน้นไปที่ควบคุมงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์) •Process Optimization: Enhance production methods, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. •Team Leadership: Manage and mentor engineers and technicians. •Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. •Project Management: Oversee equipment upgrades, automation, and new product introductions. •Collaboration: Work with design, supply chain, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement. Duties for Chinese Staff: (เน้นไปที่การประสานงานระหว่างคนจีนและคนไทย) •Supporting Tasks for New Product Manufacturing with Chinese Technicians •Interpretation/Translation Duties (Chinese-Thai) •Consecutive interpretation during meetings (Chinese ⇔ Thai) •Translation of technical documents, specifications, manuals (Chinese ⇔ Thai) •Support for email and chat communication (Chinese ⇔ Thai) Manufacturing Process Support •Accurately convey technicians' instructions to the site (Chinese ⇔ Thai) •Accurately relay site feedback to technicians •Conduct coordination tasks between technicians and site staff as needed Other Related Tasks •Coordination and communication with relevant departments •Other necessary support tasks for business execution

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

ชาย/หญิง (อายุสูงสุดถึง 45 ปี)
ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าใน Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 2 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิต
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนและภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (HSK 3 ขึ้นไป)
มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กโทรนิคส์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ถ้ามีประสบการณ์คุมทีมจะพิจารณาในตำแหน่ง Manager
