Job Summary:
We are looking for a consumer insights specialist specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and presenting user data to help our company make informed decisions. The consumer insights specialist will work closely with the marketing and Product teams to identify user needs and behaviors to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research with both qualitative and quantitative study and analysis to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
Work with headquarter to analyze user data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and user testing to identify trends and insights
Create user personas and customer journey maps based on user data to inform product development
Collaborate with the marketing and Product teams to prioritize features and improvements based on user insights
Monitor and report on user engagement and satisfaction metrics to track the impact of product changes
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user research and analysis
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or Marketing
- At least 2 years experience in research fields: Marketing research / Consumer insights / Marketing or Data Analytics.
- Ability to extract insights and derive to actionable development directions.
- Strong presentation skills on verbal presentation, visualization, and document creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong computer sills: MS-Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), Statistical Software (e.g. SPSS, XLSTAT, Minitab) is a plus.
