รายละเอียดงาน
-Get information and inquiries from clients.
-Prepare quotations and concerned documents supporting to Sales Representative.
-Issue, follow up on the clients’ purchasing order (P/O), and revise the price for clients.
-Be responsible for documentation and filing as well as handle stock control.
-Co-ordinate with the Accounting team for billing and collecting customer payment schedules.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality
- Female only
- Age over 28 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience 1-3 years in Sale Administration in Trading firms.
- Typing with computer basic skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Active, Service minded, Teamwork with interpersonal relations skills.
- Workable English communication.
