• Source the potential candidates and conduct a pre-screening of candidates who are qualified with client requirements
• Business development efforts in conducting cold calls and regular client visitation
• Build and maintain relationship with clients
• Handle with end-to-end tasks of IT recruiting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile
• Prepare the contract and arrange for the candidate to sign the contract once completed
• Handled job posting and social media
• Keep tracking of the recruitment process, dealing directly with candidates
• Support other related recruitment functions
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Political Science, Computer Business, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years experiences in IT Recruitment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Process driven, proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Thai & English
