รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for engineering support in the early design and development stage;
2.Responsible for leading the trial production process of new products and setting up the product production process;
3.Responsible for improving production processes, improving production efficiency, and increasing product throughput rate;
4.Responsible for conducting engineering analysis on products, taking the lead in solving problems and defects related to product processes, and implementing corresponding engineering changes;
5.Responsible for guiding the production of process flow diagrams and work instructions and continuously improving them;
6.Responsible for training and guiding engineers to handle production abnormalities and improve work capabilities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Over 30 years old, bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronic communications, circuits and systems, automation and other related majors, and more than 5 years of relevant work experience in product engineering in the electronics and communications industry;
- Have a solid foundation in digital and analog theory, understand the performance and parameters of commonly used components, and have strong ability to analyze abnormalities in electronic products;
- Be familiar with the relevant requirements of electronic products in all aspects of engineering, and have rich experience in communication and electronic product manufacturing processes;
- Can proficiently read technical materials in English, and those who are fluent in spoken English will be given priority;
- Have good teamwork spirit, communication and coordination skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, work conscientiously, be proactive, and strive for progress.
