รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for writing, reviewing and revising various. contracts and other legal documents, and participating in business negotiations;
2.Assist other departments of the company in drafting or organizing the review of the company's important rules and regulations and legal consultation;
3.Responsible for the approval process design, approval process compliance management, participate in the company's process approval;
4.Responsible for the knowledge training of relevant laws, local regulations and local government policies of the company's departments and personnel, Manage company seal and contract file;
5.Provide legal advice on various issues in the company's daily business;
6.Participate in major economic activities such as foreign. investment and disposal of major assets of enterprises, and issue legal opinions;
7.Responsible for handling/assisting external lawyers to deal. with labor disputes, contract disputes and other legal disputes in business activities;
8.Complete other work assigned by the leader.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above in law/law in Thailand, with legal professional qualification certificate and lawyer practice qualification;
- Chinese, Thai and English can be used as working languages;
- At least three years of legal related work experience (including but not limited to enterprises or judicial institutions);
- Have strong logical thinking ability, strong communication, analysis and strain ability and strong writing skills
- Good communication skills, careful thinking, coordination, execution, strong ability to work under pressure;
- Integrity, strong principle, rigorous work, strong communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Domestic and foreign travel is accepted.
