• Support customer activity about quality requirements and audit process including document issues etc.
• Coordinate with team to discuss quality issues raised by customers.
• Manage control issue the quality document when required.
• Cooperate, Conduct&Report the product defect report, CAR reply.
• Checks customer specific for quality and related.
• Informs Customer Quality Manager of affecting quality.
• Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations of quality issues.
• Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
• Prepares for and presents information during quality related meetings with the customers.
