- Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation for customers, including quotations, booking forms, sales agreements, and annex.
- Oversee the complete functionality of the sales office, as well as manage staff including housekeepers and security guard, ensuring readiness to serve visiting clients.
- Coordinate with bank representatives to process loan applications for clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Provide information that assists in closing sales, as well as manage sales-related documentation for Brokers with clients interested in the project (Condominium/House), both local and international.
- Survey competitor project and analyze the real estate market for comparative analysis to inform the sales team and management.
