Ownership & BD execution
1. Typical ownership scope: A subset of geographic locations/operators
2. Follows processes and best practices
3. Proactively, without instructions, pursues what it takes to maximize the reconciled revenue of the area of ownership
4. Proactively, without instructions, pursues what it takes to OKRs
5. Improves relationships with suppliers
6. Ensures our supply is sellable on our platforms
7. Identifies relevant customer issues and escalates when needed
8. Can independently be in charge of any commercial need with the partners (inc TMS)
Communication & Business skills
1. Positively impacts BD efficiency
2. Proactively asks questions in all areas
3. Disagrees and commits
4. Exhibits the ability to have a change of mind in a discussion
5. Creates constructive relationships

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and good at communicating with foreign colleagues.
- Natural in speaking about and representing the company's interests.
- Quick to learn and courageous to face new challenges
- Emotionally ready to deal with pressures and high expectations.
- Able to understand the nature of the tourism business and industry.
- Available for several-day trips/potential business trips with business purposes in the future, if need be.
