1.Provide physical and chemical testing on all raw materials and working standard as per material specifications. ดำเนินการทดสอบทางกายภาพและทางเคมีของวัตถุดิบทั้งหมดและมาตรฐานการทำงาน ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของวัตถุดิบ 2.Assign testing schedule to all reported analyst to provide testing within prescribed lead time or specified target date as target requirement. จัดตารางการทดสอบให้แก่นักวิเคราะห์ทุกคน เพื่อให้การทดสอบแล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หรือภายในวันที่เป้าหมายตามข้อกำหนด 3.Directly supervise technician and analysts on raw material sampling and testing. กำกับดูแลช่างเทคนิคและนักวิเคราะห์โดยตรง ในการสุ่มตัวอย่างและทดสอบวัตถุดิบ 4.Prepare and revise raw material specifications to be according to latest monographs and compare raw material specification according to new source/new raw material. จัดทำและปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดคุณลักษณะของวัตถุดิบให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน/มอโนกราฟล่าสุด และเปรียบเทียบข้อกำหนดของวัตถุดิบจากแหล่งใหม่หรือวัตถุดิบใหม่ 5.Verify correctness of data in raw material reports and investigate any abnormalities (if any) and report immediately. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในรายงานวัตถุดิบ และตรวจสอบความผิดปกติ (ถ้ามี) พร้อมรายงานทันที 6.Maintenance and follow up calibration of all concerned testing apparatus within due date. ดูแลบำรุงรักษาและติดตามการสอบเทียบ (Calibration) ของเครื่องมือทดสอบที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดให้อยู่ภายในกำหนดเวลา 7.Prepare and compile review validated source of raw materials. จัดทำและรวบรวมการทบทวนแหล่งวัตถุดิบที่ผ่านการรับรอง/ตรวจสอบแล้ว 8.Provide and revise standard assay man-hours of raw material. จัดทำและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานระยะเวลาการทดสอบ (Man-hours) ของวัตถุดิบ 9.Supervise storage of raw material retained samples, testing documents and monographs. กำกับดูแลการจัดเก็บตัวอย่างวัตถุดิบที่เก็บรักษาไว้ เอกสารการทดสอบ และเอกสารมาตรฐาน (Monographs)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy
Experience in QC min 5 years
have knowledge in GMP
ISO knowledge
Good English
มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน QC Raw Material & Monograph
มีความสามารถในการกำกับดูแลและบริหารทีมงาน (People Management)
มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านระบบคุณภาพและข้อกำหนดมาตรฐาน เช่น GMP, GLP, PIC/S, ISO 9001
มีทักษะด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูลและการสอบสวนความผิดปกติ (OOS / Non-conformance)
มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์และการสอบเทียบ (Instrument & Calibration)
