Responsibility
1. Create and implement marketing plan and strategies for product under responsibility in order to attract consumer and compete in market.
2. Analyze market, competitors, and customers via market survey and research in order to understand consumer and market for develop marketing strategy and plan.
3. Initiate and develop marketing strategy to set up on direction of product, channel and consumer focus which based on insightful from consumer and market data.
4. Develop and implement marketing communication strategies and communication concept and activities.
5. Responsibility for new product development and launch on promised time including Overseeing and control on P&L and A&P to ensure on profit-oriented focus.
6. Coordinate with other internal teams and advertising agency.
