- Responsible to establaish and implement the relevant human resource policies effeticely adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- communicating the policies to all employees, training managers on policy execution, and ensuring the policies are consistently applied throughout the organization;
- To be able to continuously and efficiently perform Workforce Analysis and offer constructive HR Strategies for Talent Development.
- Having specialized expertise in a specific human resource function (e.g., talent acquisition, Training and development, Employee Relations, etc.), a passion for HR work, and a willingness to take on a multi-tasking role while efficiently engaging in team collaboration.
