รายละเอียดงาน1. Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, ER, Payroll and GA fields.
2. Develop, administer and implement human resources policies and procedures.
3. Review and update employee rules and regulations.
4. Observe and advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
5. Responsible for arranging the BOD/AGM meetings, as well as the change director procedure to the DBD Dept.
6. Travel arrangement including managing hotel booking, issuing travel ticket for associates or guests.
7. To prepare & check for salary process. ( Over time record and report / Attendance / Income / Deduct / Tax / SSO / PVD and loan )
8. Provide and collect the Training need survey from each division.
9. Prepare the document and data for an Evaluation ( Appraisal ) process.
10. Other duties as commanded by the superior.
